Payment Plans, Invoices, Payment Policies, Shipping and Delivery Methods

 

Our rate structure is really quite simple. We currently offer three billing options:  project, monthly retainer and hourly. To assist you, each option is described below.

 

Payment Plans


Project Plan Rate - <Minimum $150.00 and Up>
If you will require our services for only one project or periodically, you may wish to pay on a "per project" basis. We will review your project specifications and provide you with an estimate prior to commencement of work. All project prices are estimates and therefore, are subject to change. Payment is due in full prior to delivery of finished product. Traveling expenses are additional.

Monthly Retainer Plan (Statement of Work Required)
If you require our services on an ongoing basis, you can save money with the monthly retainer plan. We will be happy to customize a monthly package to suit your needs - just ask! Monthly retainer payments are due on the first of every month. Rates for this plan is calculated using an estimate of total hours of service monthly, with discount of hourly rates.

Hourly Rate
<Minimum $75.00 and Up>
Payment due in full prior to delivery of finished product. Hourly rates may increase or decrease based on the simplicity or complexity of the assignment.

Invoices


Invoices
-An invoice* will be submitted on completion of your project. Payment is due strictly on date of  invoice and can be made by check, money order,  or Paypal.

 

-Invoices are sent by email.

Please note: Final quotes will be calculated on a case-by-case basis. Final payment is due upon delivery of completed project. We will send you a monthly statement of services rendered.
 

 

Payment Policies


Payment Policies

A signed contract, outlining the details of the project, will be required before beginning work.

Monthly retainer invoices are sent 2 weeks prior to the first of the month and are due in full the 1st of the month .

Payment is due within 0 day of  finished project for work performed under the Hourly or Project Plans.

We accept payments in the form of business/personal checks, cashier's checks money orders, and Paypal. A $35.00 service charge for any returned checks.
 

 

Shipping and Delivery Methods


Completed work is delivered through the following methods:

E-mail, FTP, Fax, FedEx, Priority UPS - All postage and shipping/handing will be applied to final bill.
